Last year we decided to try Nutri-lawn's animal deterrent. Year after year our lawn was destroyed in the winter by voles. I was amazed this winter when the snow melted to not have a single trace of any voles. Wow I was hoping for a slight improvement and instead I got a 100% elimination of the problem. Hats off to Nutri-lawn, rite from the get go I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism shown from the staff starting from the office rite to the technician doing my yard. My lawn was a complete eyesore in the neighborhood and was being overcome by Dandelions, Thistle and becoming very hard, I was going to rip it up and install new sod. Dana recommended a turf rejuvenation program that consisted of a two applications of weed control to take out the weeds, a core aeration followed by a power slit seeding and there Organic Plus top dressing for more seed to soil contact also to add more organic matter to the soil. I followed the watering instructions to a T and within a week I had new grass growing across the entire yard, the staff at Nutri-lawn educated me on ecology friendly lawn care and I didn't even realize it, my lawn is the best in the neighborhood and the it is so thick I have not had any herbicide sprayed for two summers now the odd weed that does pop up I pull. I was also pleasantly surprised when Nutri-lawn rolled out an all natural Mosquito control program to their customers as I love to entertain without those pesky insects. Thank you Nutri-lawn keep up the good work you are making a world of difference

This spring we had a problem with chinch bugs to the point that they destroyed half of our front lawn. When we contacted Nutri-Lawn to see what our options were, Brian McDougall came out to see the problem himself. He was right on target with his suggestions, firstly to get rid of the bugs and then to split seed the entire affected area and apply organic top dressing. Dana and Brent (owners) both came here to do the seeding themselves and to speak with us about how to take care of our lawn going forward. Within one week we began to see the results of their efforts. It’s been just over 2 weeks now and our lawn went from looking like a desert to being beautifully lush and green. We can’t get over the change. We were very impressed with Brian, Dana, Brent and also Zac (technician) who all played a part in transforming our lawn so we could once again be proud of our yard . They were all very friendly, informative, and professional and it’s obvious that they really know their "stuff". It’s refreshing to be associated with a company that truly believes in customer service.

Brian has suggested a remedy that we might address in the fall or next spring. I can’t expect you to work miracles but I know that Brian, in his wisdom, will do his very best on our behalf. Thank You. I suggest that Brian be commended by management for his professional approach to a customer’s “complaint”. He is a credit to your company. He was fantastic and I look forward to working with him this fall to address this problem in it’s entirety, with, however an eye as to the total costs to remedy the situation. We have had nothing but favourable results with Nutrilawn. A few years ago, the voles detroyed our grass over the winter, and then for about two years after, we hauled in yards of soil and raked in grass seed to try to rejuvinate it. After alot of hard work, spreading the soil, raking in the grass seed, continuous watering, our lawn did not look a whole lot better. Then a kind neighbour referred us to Brent (a really nice guy I must say) who promised to bring our lawn back to life with less effort then we had put into it the last few yrs.
