I talked to him about possible chinch bugs and he was helpful explaining what was present. Chris who came out and I happened to be home at the time. A few weeks ago our eavestroughing downspout was damaged by a hose that a Nutri-Lawn technician was using. We called the office and after a bit of discussion was told by Penny that someone would come out and evaluate the damage and correct it. Within a week or so, Bill was out looking at it, taking measurements and within a few more days Bill had replaced the damaged piece. My husband and I were very impressed with the efficiency but more so with the fact that Nutri-Lawn stands behind their work and does repair damage.
