Since it is the commitment of our people that make a difference, we primary look for someone who has a passion and interest in lawns and landscapes and who likes to share this passion.
Sales and marketing experience is an asset. We do provide full training and support in this area however execution is key, you must be determined to take the tools provided, implement and act upon them for the business to succeed.
Management background is also an asset. While the business can start from home it can quickly grow into a business where you will be require to hire, train and motive staff.
We are looking for outgoing, driven and passionate people who are looking to enjoy a business in which they can be successful and provide a lifestyle for themselves and their family which they desire as well as feel good about their contribution to the community around them now and for generations to come.
How much does it cost to start a Nutri-Lawn franchise?
Our typical investment range is between $80,000 – $90,000 (incl. $28,000 Franchise Fee). A breakdown of the investment will be made available through the discovery process.
When is the best time to start my franchise?
Exact timing will vary depending on location however spring is the best time to launch a Nutri-Lawn franchise.
What is the franchise fee and royalty fee?
The initial franchise fee is $28,000. This is a one-time payment that is due at the execution of the franchise agreement. Amongst the many benefits, your franchise fee allows you to operate an exclusive territory, provides initial training and setup support, use of the Nutri-Lawn brand as well as access to the Nutri-Lawn operating practices including comprehensive online manual.
The royalty fee is 6% and provides on-going system development, support and training to the franchise .
Are there any other reoccurring fees?
Nutri-Lawn franchisees contribute 1% of monthly total Gross Sales to the Nutri-Lawn Business Development Fund (BDF). The BDF subsidizes brochure production, web-site development, trade show booth creation and maintenance, software support, as well as other marketing related projects.

What size territory do I get?
A typical territory is between 60,000 & 100,000 single family dwellings however geographical limitations are also taken into consideration. To ensure viability a single territory should not be small than 50,000 homes.

d) Have FDD & FA reviewed by business advisor/ franchise lawyers/ business advisor
3. Discovery Day
a) Meet with support staff at our offices in Toronto
b) Visit corporate and franchise locations to meet with staff and franchisees
c) Finalize territory, refundable deposit submitted and training schedule arranged
4. Welcome
