I felt compelled to send a note to you. I would like to compliment the service that your staff has given me over the years that I have been with your company.
I have tried the other companies out there-Mister Green-Doctor Green-Weed Man-Buds Lawn Service etc. with not much luck. Your office manager and C.S.R- Sue Kemp is marvelous.
She is always willing to help with a question or a concern about the lawn and is really a nice person to talk to. You have a great technician in Keith that I have talked to a few times when he has serviced the property. He answers any questions or problems that I think I may have and is very thorough about his visit. It is too bad you will lose him to a full time job somewhere else. I just thought that you should know that I get compliments about my lawn quite often by passing people in the neighborhood. Well between your staff and me doing my part of keeping the grass trimmed-watered and cut at the right height. I have a nice lawn-thank you.
